Quality Assurance

Ebasco Trading Corporation has over four decades of experience providing high quality and low cost strategic sourcing with short lead times to clients, according to their needs.

We recognize the logistical and product quality hurdles that a global trading company faces when sourcing and supplying products internationally. As a result, we only use suppliers that have been through our rigorous screening process and that have the quality of products our clients demand. We frequently send our technical experts to visit certain supplier’s factories and warehouses to evaluate the supplier’s products and ensure that our clients’ quality standards are met. In order to determine whether a supplier is capable of meeting our clients’ expectations, our experts assess the supplier and its products using an exhaustive list of criteria, which include the products’ dimensions, quality and composition of materials used. For engineering goods and heavy equipment these criteria also includes material strength, tenacity, life cycle, aging and any relevant lab reports, all of which are as per ASTM, ASME, ANSI & API standards. For the supplier itself some of our criteria include the supplier’s historic performance, its factory conditions, and factory capacity.

Our company’s procurement and after-sales service staff are always available to answer any questions our clients may have and to monitor and track the clients’ shipments, ensuring that products are delivered safely, securely and on time.

Environmental Assurance

Ebasco has been actively involved in shaping its business activities around worldwide environmental standards. We have an environmentally committed management team, which is responsible for reducing the company’s environmental footprint through environmental awareness, attention and assessments towards our operations around the globe. The team realizes our clients’ and suppliers’ environmental concerns and appreciation for environmentally friendly activities and takes this into consideration in all its decisions to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.

Our company has set in-house training programs and quality enhancement systems addressing its environmental impact on all stakeholders, from its employees to its community and the rest of the world. We uphold recycling practices within our offices and ensure that our suppliers follow similar practices when doing business with Ebasco. Some of the practices that we undertake include, recycling paper in the office, recycling material packaging and reusing containers, when shipping products to our clients.
